In Levigliani you can enjoy typical dishes as the renowned “tordelli” with “ragù” sauce, meat dishes such as wildboar stew with polenta, the tuscanian “tagliata” but also specialties such as “castagnaccio” (an unleavened chestnut flour cake) or the Leviglianese custard cream.
Ristorante Raffaello: famous for its “tordelli” and for the first dishes with homemade pasta. Excellent desserts and great wine selection as well.
Pizzeria Ortali: open from June to September. They offer a range of local cold cuts, “focacce” (flat breads) and several kinds of pizza (honorable mention for the chestnut flour pizza).
Ristorante Vallechiara: the preferred restaurant of spelunkers and speleologists. They serve typical dishes of the Versilia area.
L’Osteria: meat specialties cooked in the wood-fired oven.
